The international programme committee consisted of more t han 60 well renowned scientists and researchers from more than 15 countrie s worldwide. The selected papers\, along with the keynote papers\, were pu blished in Springer conference proceedings.The aim of the ICT Innovations conference is to promote the publication of scientific results of the inte rnational community related to innovative fundamental and applied research in ICT.
