 Senior Research Fellow)\nHP-SEE project started in 2010 and contrary to pr
 evious South-East European infrastructure projects\, which concentrated on
  improving the regional grid infrastructure\, this project is developing a
 nd integrating supercomputing centers in the region. The complex infrastru
 cture supports ant glue together various research fields (physics\, life s
 ciences etc.)\, into virtual organizations and provide different level of 
 support for researchers at the region. This presentation describes the mai
 n services developed by the Hungarian partners in the life sciences virtua
 l organization that can be used by the researchers both on national and re
 gional scale freely. We give an overview also how local users and develope
 rs can use the HP-SEE infrastructure and its scientific applications and s
