DESCRIPTION:\n    HP-SEE User Forum will take place in Belgrade\, Serbia o
 n October 17-19\, 2012 in National Library of Serbia.\n    It will gather 
 scientists from the SEE Region and beyond\, with main focus on the followi
 ng fields:  \n\n    \n        Computational Physics\n    \n        Compu
 tational Chemistry\n    \n        Life Science\n    \n        Scientific C
 omputing\n    \n        HPC Systems and Network Operation\n\n\n    Call fo
 r Abstracts\n\n    Contributors are invited to submit abstracts related to
  the above mentioned fields in English\, not exceeding 3000 characters. HP
 -SEE User Forum 2012 accepts submissions only in electronic form via the c
 onference web site. Accepted abstracts\, either for oral presentations or 
 posters\, should be converted into camera-ready papers to be published in 
 the book of proceedings.\n    \n    In order ot submit an abstract\, pleas
 e follow the link in the left menu: "Submit a new abstract". If you don't
  have an account\, you can create one here. \n\n    All abstracts will be
  reviewed by the User Forum reviewers. Organizers will assign at least two
  reviewers for each abstract.\n    \n    Authors of the accepted abstracts
  will be invited to provide a full paper for the book of proceedings. Aut
 hors are encouraged to utilize the reviews to improve their contributions 
 for the camera-ready papers as well as presentations and posters. More inf
 ormation on the paper formatting will be available soon.\n     \n\n    Re

 if you need to aquire visa for entering Serbia\, the procedure can take so
